We have been working on a short-sale for our house. The first person that came through made and offer and then in a few weeks dropped out. Things were beginning to look a bit grimm as more and more house came up for sale in our area. We prayed for intervention and help. Yesterday a man came to look at the house. He felt is was perfectly located half-way between his work places. Having three dogs he loved the landscaped backyard and having two cats he loved our kitty room. He walked outside with the Realtor and they talked for a bit. Our Realtor came back in with a promising smile. He wanted to know how fast we can move out and was paying cash. 

Next we got a call from the leasing agent of a house we were looking into. It is perfect for us, big back yard and all wood and tile floors. it is five minutes from my work. We asked them for a discount if we signed along term leases of three years and behold we got $100 the rent. With rentals disappearing as fast as they appear that to was a blessing. God does answer prayers and we are thankful for that. Just thought I would share our good fortune with my friends here on the vine.
